We are looking for a full-time associate to join our team in creating a shared workspace community that will make a positive impact on the Charlottesville business ecosystem. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of professional work experience (more is great too) who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Because this is a new business, it will be like working in a start-up; you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of work activities. In the beginning phases, you will help us create the brand and build a community of engaged Codebase coworking members. And as the business grows, so will you.

The space is divided between private offices, open space work areas and open space common areas. Codebase also has conference rooms, a 200 seat auditorium, a podcast studio, in addition to several other amenities. Codebase will serve the greater Charlottesville community.
